Made to order

Volleyball Nation products are made after an order is placed. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, although it can take longer during busy periods or when an item needs additional processing.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping rates

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Qualifying U.S. orders over $99 receive free standard shipping while that offer is displayed on our site. Eligibility and any applicable shipping charges will appear before you complete your purchase. Promotional offers may change.

Tracking and multiple packages

When an order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available. Items in the same order may be produced or shipped separately and arrive in different packages.

Addresses and delivery delays

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you spot an error, email support@vbnation.com immediately. We’ll try to update the address if the order has not entered production or shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be resent because the address entered at checkout was incorrect.

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery. If your package appears lost or its tracking has stopped updating, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

International orders

If international shipping is available for your destination, available methods and rates will appear at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply and, unless checkout expressly says otherwise, are the recipient’s responsibility.
