Welcome to Volleyball Nation ("VB Nation", "we", "us", or "our"), a brand operated by NOX Creative, LLC ("Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Volleyball Nation website, products, and services, including the purchase of print-on-demand apparel and merchandise fulfilled by third-party providers.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use this website and make purchases. By using this site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products & Fulfillment

Volleyball Nation sells print-on-demand products that are custom-made for each order. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers, including Printful, Inc.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Products are manufactured only after an order is placed

• Production and fulfillment times vary

• Minor variations in color, size, print placement, or texture may occur

Volleyball Nation does not maintain physical inventory, and all items are produced on demand.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and include production and carrier transit time. Shipping carriers are third-party services.

Volleyball Nation and NOX Create, LLC are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Packages marked as delivered but not received

• Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or ordering errors.

In accordance with Printful and Shopify best practices, we will replace or refund products that are:

• Misprinted

• Damaged

• Defective

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Sizing & Product Information

Sizing charts are provided for reference only. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information prior to purchase. We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from customer error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Volleyball Nation website—including logos, designs, graphics, text, slogans, and images—is the exclusive property of Volleyball Nation and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with site security or functionality

• Misrepresent your identity or payment information

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
